Introducing the 2023 Harley-Davidson® Road Glide® 3
Harley-Davidson® trikes are becoming more popular with each passing year, and the goal with the 2023 Harley-Davidson® Road Glide® 3 near St. Petersburg is to give riders another option. This one has many of the features of the immensely popular Road Glide® touring motorcycle but transitioned over to Harley-Davidson®’s three-wheeled platform.
Performance & Ride Characteristics
A defining characteristic of the Road Glide® 3 is its frame-mounted fairing, and if you’re not sure your preference, it’ll be something to note when you test ride the 2023 Harley-Davidson® Road Glide® 3. Characteristics also include an upright riding position, a passenger seat and floorboards. The Road Glide® 3 is powered by the Milwaukee-Eight® 114 V-twin engine. All of the advanced rider assists are included as is the Boom!™ Box infotainment system with the larger 6.5-inch touch screen.
This Is the Right Bike For
The Road Glide® 3 strikes a great balance between the Freewheeler and Tri Glide® Ultra. If you want a trike that can do it all—tour, commute, run errands around town and so forth—this is it. It’s also highly customizable, so you’ll have little trouble tweaking it to get in that goldilocks zone.
Road Glide® 3 vs. Tri Glide® Ultra
Our customers in and near St. Petersburg have the option of the Freewheeler as well, but that’s more of a cruiser whereas the Road Glide® 3 and Tri Glide® Ultra are tourers. The main difference here is that the Tri Glide® Ultra has the fork-mounted fairing known as the batwing while the Road Glide® 3 has the frame-mounted fairing known as the shark nose. The Tri Glide® Ultra also has a taller windscreen and a touring pack, but those are features that you can add to the Road Glide® 3 if you want them.
All of the advanced rider assists and infotainment technologies, including the larger touch screen, are standard, so the only choices you really have to make for the 2023 Harley-Davidson® Road Glide® 3 near St. Petersburg is the finish and colors. A chrome finish is standard and available with either standard Vivid Black or optional Gray Haze or Bright Billiard Blue. You also have the choice of a black finish with those same colors. The H-D® catalog already has excellent support for the Road Glide® 3, and we can add these items for you either at the time of purchase or later down the line. Perhaps one of the most notable upgrades is the color-matched touring pack with luggage carrier.
