What’s New on the 2023 Harley-Davidson® Breakout® 117
The Breakout® 117 is an all-new muscle cruiser based on the Softail platform. It has similarities to the Breakout® model that was retired in the U.S. after the 2019 model year but has been completely redesigned. Performance, handling and customization options are all new.
Key Features

The Softail chassis has been improvised to better support what H-D® engineers are seeking to achieve with the Breakout®. All Breakout® 117 models available at Harley-Davidson® of Wesley Chapel are powered by the Milwaukee-Eight® 117 V-twin engine. This is the most powerful production engine found on an H-D® cruiser.
Performance
The Breakout® 117 has a low seat height and puts the rider in a relaxed, stretched-out position with forward foot controls and easy-reach handlebars. Two-up seating is standard. An anti-lock braking system and traction control system are standard as well.

The 2023 Harley-Davidson® Breakout® 117 has a classic chrome appearance. The standard paint scheme pairs the glossy Vivid Black with the traditional Harley-Davidson® orange—Sedona. There are also premium options available for a small additional fee. Black Denim is a matte alternative to the glossier Vivid Black and has gray rather than orange accents. Baja Orange is a loud color scheme with gray accents as well, and Gray Haze is a reserved scheme with blue accents for some contrast.
