Engine and Powertrain

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Pan America® is powered by the Revolution® Max 1250 engine, a V-twin engine that integrates the frame to reduce weight while increasing the rigidity of the bike. With a displacement of 76.4 cu in, the engine delivers 150 horsepower at 8750 rpm and 95 ft-lb of torque at 6750 rpm. The engine features a 13.0:1 compression ratio and is managed by Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI).

The exhaust system employs a 2-into-1-into-1 design, with a catalyst positioned in the header. This engine setup provides a smooth throttle response and reliable power delivery.

Suspension and Ride Quality

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Pan America® is equipped with a 47mm inverted fork at the front, which uses electronically adjustable semi-active damping control. The rear suspension features a linkage-mounted monoshock with automatic electronic preload adjustment. This system also incorporates semi-active compression and rebound damping.

One of the key features of the 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Pan America® is the Adaptive Ride Height system. This system automatically adjusts the seat height based on the speed of the bike.

Wheels and Tires

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Pan America® is equipped with tubeless laced wheels measuring 19 inches in the front and 17 inches in the rear. These wheels are designed for durability and easy maintenance. The wheels are fitted with Michelin® Scorcher "Adventure" radial tires.

Ride Modes and Electronic Control

A key feature of the 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Pan America® is the range of nine ride modes, which include five pre-programmed modes and four rider-programmable modes. These modes adjust various aspects of the motorcycle’s performance, such as suspension, throttle response, and traction control, based on the rider’s preferences and the terrain they are riding on.

The bike features a 6.8-inch TFT touchscreen display that provides real-time information about the bike’s performance, including speed, fuel levels, gear, and more. The display is also Bluetooth® capable, allowing for mobile phone connectivity to manage calls, music, and navigation.

Safety Features and Rider Assistance

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Pan America® comes with a comprehensive suite of safety features designed to enhance rider confidence, particularly in challenging conditions. Rider Safety Enhancements such as Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Linked Braking (ELB), and Traction Control System (TCS) ensure that the bike remains stable and controlled during acceleration, braking, and cornering. The Drag-Torque Slip Control System (DSCS) prevents rear-wheel slip during rapid deceleration.

The Vehicle Hold Control (VHC) feature helps prevent the bike from rolling backward when starting on an incline. Additionally, the Cornering Enhanced Anti-lock Brake System (C-ABS) and Cornering Enhanced Electronic Linked Braking (C-ELB) adjust braking performance based on the bike’s lean angle.

Lighting and Visibility

The Daymaker® Adaptive LED headlamp is an advanced lighting system that adjusts the headlight beam based on the bike’s lean angle. The bike is also equipped with LED tail/stop lamps and LED front signal lights.
