Performance
The design of the 2023 Harley-Davidson® Road Glide® Special allows the rider to sit tall in the seat. Below this contoured seat, the motorcycle’s Milwaukee-Eight® 114 V-Twin engine has a torque rating of 118 feet pounds. The engine’s capabilities are supported by the two-in-one-two exhaust system. Steering and performance are enhanced by the Road Glide® Special’s hand-adjustable rear suspension and dual-bending valve fork. Some of the bike’s additional mechanical equipment includes anti-locking and electronic-linked brakes, fixed pistons, floating front rotors and a fixed rear rotor. You can also add optional equipment to the Road Glide® Special, such as vehicle hold control, cornering enhancements and tire pressure monitoring. Notably, the 2023 Harley-Davidson® Street Glide® Special is engineered with the same standard equipment and options as are available in the Road Glide® Special.
Design

Compared to the Road Glide® Special, the Street Glide® Special’s handlebars are placed higher. The same Prodigy wheels are available in black and bronze. In addition, the gas tank, hard-covered saddlebags and two-person seat are comparable. The many one-color and two-color options for the body include Gray Haze, Atlas Silver, Baja Orange and others.
